# Quickstart

> Create an account, set up your brand guide, connect your agent, and write your first draft.

## 1. Create an account

Go to [app.runstanza.com/signup](https://app.runstanza.com/signup), enter your email, and
choose **Email me a sign-up link**. Open the link to finish signing up. If you'd rather
use a password, choose **Sign up with password**.

Already have an account? [Sign in](https://app.runstanza.com/login).

## 2. Create your organization and project

Name your organization and your first project. A project holds one brand's Context and
drafts. You can also add:

- **Website:** Stanza reads the public pages that describe what you do and how you sound.
- **Material:** brand guidelines, messaging docs, published posts, or anything that shows
  how you write.

Both are optional, but the more Stanza has to read, the less it has to ask.

## 3. Invite your team

Add the email addresses of the people who write and review with you, then choose
**Invite and continue**. Their invitations go out once your brand guide is ready, so they
arrive to something real. You can also choose **Skip for now** and
[invite people later](/organizations#invite-a-teammate).

## 4. Set up your brand guide

Stanza reads your website and material, then works through your brand guide with you:

1. **Beliefs** comes first, and only from you. Stanza asks four questions about what
your brand believes and writes the page from your answers.
2. Stanza drafts **Audience**, **Positioning**, **Offering**, and **Voice** from your
material, asking about anything it couldn't tell.
3. You review each page. Ask for changes or edit it yourself, then confirm it.

When the guide is saved, choose **Next: connect ChatGPT or Claude**, or **Open Context**
to read it.

You can leave and come back to setup later. If you choose **Skip setup**, your website
pages and uploads stay as references and you write the brand guide yourself in
[Context](/context).

## 5. Connect your agent

The next page is your **Getting started with Stanza** draft, with the connect window
open. Pick **ChatGPT**, **Claude**, or **Other**, and follow the steps. Once Stanza sees the
connection, it gives you a first prompt to paste into a new chat. Your agent reads your
Context and adds its ideas to the draft.

You can open the window again any time from **Connect your agent** in the Editor. See
[Connect your agent](/integrations/mcp) for the full setup.

## 6. Write

Choose **New draft** from Home or the Editor's article list. Type or paste to begin; your
changes save automatically. Ask Stanza for research, an outline, or an edit in the box at
the bottom of the page:

> Read our voice page and help me outline a short introduction to our product for
> someone who's never used it.

Stanza's edits to your draft apply straight away. Choose **Undo** on any edit you don't
want. Read more about [writing in the Editor](/editor).
