Write together#

Open Editor from the left rail. The article list shows your project’s drafts; choose New draft to start one. Everyone on the project can open and edit the same draft at once, and the Editor’s header shows who else is editing. Changes save automatically.

Connected agents can edit the draft too. While a teammate’s agent is editing, the header and the agent’s cursor show that teammate’s name with a small ChatGPT or Claude mark. Hover over or tap the mark to see whose agent it is, such as Jeremy’s Claude.

Type / to add headings, lists, quotes, dividers, or images, or select text to format it.

If a save fails, keep the tab open and choose Retry save. If you were offline and the draft changed meanwhile, Stanza keeps your unsaved edits so you can copy them back in.

Ask Stanza#

Stanza works in the box at the bottom of the page. Ask it to research, brainstorm, outline, or edit, and name the Context pages or references it should use. Type @ to point it at a file, or / to use one of your project’s skills.

Use our voice page to tighten this introduction. Keep the factual claims and the example, but make the opening more direct.

To ask about one passage, select it and choose Ask Stanza (or press ⌘J). Quick asks include Tighten, Clarify, Find a reference, and Check voice.

Stanza’s edits to the open draft apply straight away and show as Edited the draft. Choose Show changes to see what changed, or Undo to take it back. If someone has changed that text since, Undo leaves it as it is; edit it directly or ask Stanza.

Stanza can also start a new draft for you. It doesn’t edit your brand pages or references. To suggest a change to a brand page, it leaves a comment on the passage for you to act on. It can add a web page or pasted text to your references when you ask.

As it works, Stanza lists the Context it searched and read and the web pages it visited. Check important claims against those sources.

Each draft keeps its own conversation for each writer. Use Project chat for work that isn’t tied to one draft, and New chat to start over.

Comment#

Select text and choose Comment to start a thread on that passage. Teammates can reply, and anyone can resolve a thread once it’s dealt with. If the commented text is deleted, the thread moves to Comments without highlighted text.

Connected agents can leave comments too. An agent’s comment shows the name and picture of the person whose agent left it, with a small ChatGPT or Claude mark beside the name. Hover over or tap the mark to see the full label, such as Jeremy’s ChatGPT. If you dictate a comment and ask your agent to leave it for you, it shows under your name alone.

Share a draft#

Choose Share at the top of the Editor, pick who can open the link, and choose Copy link:

  • People on the project: only project members can open it.
  • Anyone with the link: anyone can read the draft without signing in. They see a view-only copy and can’t edit or comment.

Only people on the project can edit a draft. If someone who isn’t signed in opens a People on the project link, Stanza shows You need access. They can choose Sign in to Stanza, and project members go straight to the draft after they sign in.

When you paste a link into Slack or another app that shows link previews:

  • Anyone with the link: the preview shows the draft’s title and its opening lines.
  • People on the project: the preview says a draft was shared and shows nothing from it.

Some apps keep the preview from when the message was posted, so it won’t reflect later edits or a change to who can open the link.

Delete a draft#

In the article list, open the ⋯ menu next to a draft and choose Delete. This removes the draft, and its comments, for everyone on the project. It can’t be undone.
